Over time, my interest shifted toward user behaviour: what people need, where they struggle, what helps them make decisions, and what creates friction in a product experience. That evolution led me into Product and UX/UI Design, where I combine visual craft, UX strategy, research synthesis, design systems, AI-assisted workflows into my design process, and cross-functional collaboration.
